Founded in 2014, TPM Studio is a RIBA-chartered architectural practice working across residential, mixed-use and workplace sectors, with a focus on retrofit, refurbishment and adaptive reuse. We work predominantly in London and the South East, delivering projects across the UK that range from asset repositioning and town centre regeneration to residential-led developments and workplace environments. Our work is often located within constrained urban contexts, where density, heritage, viability and delivery must be carefully balanced. Sustainability is embedded in how we work. It informs early decisions around building reuse, fabric retention and performance, and continues through technical design and delivery. Our approach prioritises embodied carbon reduction, energy efficiency and long-term building performance, alongside the careful use of materials and resources. We work closely with clients, consultants and contractors to develop clear, buildable solutions that respond to both commercial and environmental objectives. Our focus is on making thoughtful places, architecture that responds to context, supports its users and performs over time.
