WAKUWORK aims to create a society where everyone can choose their future based on their "Waku-Waku"—a Japanese word for the excitement that comes from inner motivation. Our core values are Waku-Waku, Lifelong Learning, and Social Innovation. This certification covers our integrated entities in Japan (WAKUWORK ENGLISH, INC.) and the Philippines (WAKU WORK CEBU, INC.). Our impact model is a unique ecosystem that creates a powerful cycle: learning in Japan directly supports learning for underserved youth in the Philippines. In Japan, we offer **Online English Lessons**, and the revenue from this service directly funds our non-profit **"Grantees Program"** in the Philippines, which provides deep, long-term support for youth to become independent. Our **Learning Journey** programs then deepen this cycle, bridging the gap between our Japanese clients and our Filipino beneficiaries. These programs offer a cross-cultural "co-creation" experience where participants from both countries work together as equal partners to solve real-world social challenges. By choosing WAKUWORK, our clients and students are not just investing in their own growth; they are joining a movement to empower the next generation.
