Folks – People First, Always. The people who deliver your lunch, clean your office, water your plants, and take care of the little things that keep your workplace running are people. With feelings, with culture, with history. And they deserve to be seen, heard, valued, recognized, paid fairly, and given work that allows them to grow. At Folks, we’re here to make sure they are. We’re a responsible service company based in Copenhagen, committed to dignity and fairness for people who are too often overlooked—especially people of color. That’s why we exclusively hire from the most marginalized communities and connect them with workplaces that see their value. We provide office assistants, lunch hosts, and cleaning services to small and medium-sized businesses. But more than that, we make sure the people who keep things running are treated right—because no matter the job title, background, or experience, we’re all just folks who want to go to and from work with a smile.
