Nell3D is a Connecticut-based Public Benefit Corporation and proud member of both the B Corp community and 1% for the Planet. We help purpose-driven leaders do more good—without doing more—through keynote speaking, immersive workshops, and transformational retreats (including equine-assisted sessions with horses). Our Lead in 3D framework supports growth across three dimensions: ME (personal wellbeing), WE (team dynamics), and WORLD (broader impact). By aligning energy across all three, leaders can create sustainable, regenerative success—for themselves, their teams, and the systems they touch. Founded by Nell Derick Debevoise Dewey, Nell3D is her second B Corp. She previously led Inspiring Capital from 2012–2021, equipping changemakers around the world to lead with purpose. At Nell3D, we blend research, reflection, and real-world wisdom—human and horse—to build a future of work that’s healthy, fair, and inspiring.
