About Baleco

Baleco imagines, creates, manufactures and distributes unscented, eco-friendly home and body care products destined for the industrial, commercial and residential markets from our offices located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Our business model is based on the right choice of ingredients, smart design of our packaging, reduction of waste, and strategic partnerships with local suppliers.

For Baleco, becoming a B Corp was simply coherent with our fundamental values. The foundation of our business model is built on social and environmental responsibility, transparency, and working with local suppliers. Becoming a B Corp is the most concrete and transparent way for us to establish and measure our opportunities for improvement in all spheres of the business.

We are proud to be part of a collective of a new generation of companies that aim to redefine success in the business world. With its point based system the lies on the principles of continuous improvement, B Lab sets its standards very high. This gives us a higher sense of responsibility towards our stakeholders and pushes us to constantly rethink our work habits and processes.

A fresh take clean. How?

We seek to redefine the notion of a clean home by offering household and personal care products that are unscented and smartly designed for conscious living.

By installing our bulk refill stations throughout retail, commercial and industrial markets we have already redirected thousands of plastic bottles from landfills by allowing our customers to refill their bottles. Our purpose is to create a seamless bulk concept where reusing and refilling is simply part of everyday life.

Every day we come to work, we are proud and happy to make a difference by helping our customers reduce their environmental footprint and by participating in their efforts towards becoming better social and environmental citizens. Our company strives on being leaders of the B Corp movement all while sustaining an economically sound and prosperous business.
