We became a B Corporation because of our commitment to walking our talk as an organization. We feel it is important for us to adopt best practices in sustainability and corporate social responsibility. Being a B Corporation allows us to build that vision into the core of how our company operates, so that these values will never be compromised.

The Change We Seek®

Bluerise strives to increase awareness on the need to move towards a low carbon society. Bluerise actively engages with the communities where they work, sharing a sustainable message and helping to provide deeper understanding of citizens to the need to transition island economies to become independent and self-sufficient in their energy, water and food needs.

One way to achieve this is by following the mission of making Ocean Thermal Energy a leading source of renewable energy, offering low-cost, baseload power generation, district cooling, drinking water and food production, creating a positive impact on the environment and communities. Bluerise believes that this abundant ocean thermal resource can be a game changer for tropical islands and coastal area’s and a perfect complement to other renewables alternatives in tropical coastal zones to achieve 100% energy independence.
