At Bond&Devick, they do what is right for their clients at all times by acting as a fiduciary, which means they have a moral and legal obligation to put clients’ interests first. They believe honesty is crucial in creating strong and lasting relationships and are always fully transparent about compensation. They are independent, with no obligation to sell any product or service, therefore keeping their advice as unbiased as possible. The importance of choosing the right financial partner cannot be overstated. With Bond&Devick, you'll find an objective partner who is always on your side.

When we first heard about the B Corp movement we knew we wanted to join; not only because we wanted to be a leader in encouraging businesses to be more thoughtful about non-financial issues, but because we wanted to separate ourselves from other financial planning firms. Having the B Corp Certification allows us to be unique and different.

The Change We Seek®

Bond&Devick seeks to change how the financial planning process is done for their clients and the community. They work with clients to align their values with their investments which can be a powerful tool for change as they utilize impact and sustainable investments in their client’s portfolios. Further, Bond&Devick works hand in hand with their clients each quarter to help improve their community by volunteering at the local homeless shelter for families, the Veteran’s nursing home, Habitat for Humanity and Feed My Starving Children. Bond&Devick hopes to inspire others to get involved and make a meaningful difference.

In addition to local events and causes, Bond&Devick also supports two schools in Ethiopia and they are mentoring four women in Addis Ababa to help them gain the skills to find good paying jobs and a better life. Bond&Devick seeks to improve their client’s lives through financial planning, their employee’s lives through meaningful work and their communities through volunteering and financial donations.
