The Change We Seek®

The mission of DID HK Limited (DiD HK) is 'Engaging People of Differences to Create Social Impact'. Its aim is to fundamentally alter the general public's perception of people with disabilities: they are just different and have abilities as well as potential that could contribute positively to society. Hence they are called People of Differences (PoD). DiD HK has been engaging PoD to provide innovative services to benefit able-bodied persons, such as Experiential Tours in the Dark, Executive Training Workshops and Impactainment (entertainment with impact) in the Dark or in Silence. Such services make it possible to create dignified jobs for PoD in which their abilities and talents are demonstrated.

DiD HK has re-branded as Dialogue Experience (DE) with its diversified focus in using different platforms to enable and to empower PoD. Recently, the company is launching a brand new program known as DE Empower. This 6-month job immersion training program is an empowerment platform for well-educated PoD to enhance their employability and to engage corporate clients to enhance their awareness and acceptance of PoD as a pool of stable talent.

DiD HK is working towards building a more inclusive society and enabling more dignified career aspiration for PoD. It is a challenging journey but it is rewarding to see more social awareness and acceptance of PoD as one of the critical sources of social capital . As a B Corp, DiD HK hopes to join forces with other companies to accelerate this process.
