Higher Legal empowers victims of personal injury through innovations in transparency, education, advocacy, support and accountability within the legal profession with a goal of transforming tragedy into triumph.

Higher Legal:

  • Uses state-of-the-art research to find exceptional personal injury lawyers with proven track records in the particular type and size of case their client has;
  • Provides  fee negotiation education to help their clients save thousands of dollars in attorney’s fees, and thereby resolving the knowledge imbalance between attorneys and clients;
  • Monitors their clients cases on a monthly basis, from start to finish, to make sure their clients are receiving honest and transparent legal representation;
  • Supplies their clients with helpful tips and useful information during their case, information that is usually only available to the attorneys, in order to empower their clients to take control over the decisions made in their case. And then when the case is over,
  • Helps their client rebuild their life by teaming them with coaching, training, education and vital services that enable their clients to become stronger and more exalted than ever before.  

And it’s all FREE to their clients!  

As a certified California State Bar LRS, Higher Legal is paid a fee at the end of the case if the lawyer they helped find is successful in winning the case. As a result, Higher Legal is highly motivated to make sure their client’s case is a big success.

Higher Legal was founded to bring about positive changes in our justice system. Using new models of accountability and transparency, Higher Legal is cleaning up an industry as it empowers its own clients.  

We started Higher Legal to create legal standards that many personal injury lawyers are not typically associated with: honesty, transparency, empowerment and healing. Our goal is to help the personal injury client take back control of both their case and their life.  

The Change We Seek

In an industry known for “ambulance chasers” and “shysters”, Higher Legal is committed to making a positive change in the world of personal injury law. When someone needs the service of a personal injury lawyer, it’s because something bad has happened in their life. It is also when that person is most vulnerable and least equipped to make the most important decision in their case – choosing a lawyer to hire.

The section also measures the company's practices and policies around community service and charitable giving.
