About Message Agency

Message Agency builds functional, beautiful websites for mission-driven organizations. They are a full-service interactive studio and social enterprise based in Philadelphia that helps nonprofits and sustainable businesses use technology to enlighten, educate, engage, and enact change. Their messaging, branding, design, web development, and systems integration services help you tell your story, engage your supporters, manage your relationships, and increase your bottom line.

We believe in giving back. They build their web solutions using the open-source content management system Drupal. Message Agency is an active contributor to the Drupal development community. They're known for building integrations with Drupal, such as the Vertical Response module and Salesforce Suite.

We are a partner, not just a vendor.  Message Agency spends substantial time learning an organization's needs and requirements. They are committed to empowering their clients, so they are able to manage their own website, and to provide smarter solutions that are equally powerful, accessible, and cost-effective.

We've been doing this for over 15 years.  They know how to make a project successful. And they can help you make critical decisions about how to invest your resources for the greatest return.

We became a B Corp because we are committed to looking at business in an entirely new way. We support investment in local businesses, the growth of creative economies, and support of the third sector.  We want to align ourselves with like-minded organizations and help promote the creation and growth of enterprises that contribute to their communities.

The Change We Seek®

Since its founding in 1995, Message Agency has intentionally focused on serving nonprofit organizations, foundations, universities, government agencies, and sustainable businesses. The goal of this social enterprise is to help these organizations better use technology to tell their stories, increase their impact, engage their supporters, and streamline their business processes to save time and resources.  By contributing to open source development, they share best practices and models developed for some clients with an entire community of organizations who need accessible and affordable tools.
