About Symplicity Designs, Inc.

Symplicity Designs is a team of Organizational Designers who teach, train, and coach organizations how to Improve, Innovate, and Grow faster. Symplicity works with Small, Medium, and Large-sized enterprises across industries and service sectors as well as Government and Not-for-profit organizations.

Symplicity's Organizational Designers help our clients create clarity of purpose to identify the areas most in need of improvement. Then, they enable Symplicity's clients to develop the confidence and capabilities to execute improvements that obtain results that matter.

Symplicity does this by partnering with clients to transfer knowledge, build capabilities, and engage people so that future changes will be led by their employees.

Symplicity doesn't just help our clients to solve their problems; Symplicity enables them to solve problems on their own. Symplicity won’t leave you with a PowerPoint presentation; Symplicity leaves you with results and a methodology that will continue to deliver those results far into the future.

At Symplicity we believe that business should be a force of good. In fact, evidence indicates that when an organization has a positive impact on people and planet, profit tends to follow.

As a leader in the local community, we decided that in order to effect the greatest amount of positive change it was imperative to reach out and touch a broader community. B Corp is such a community. We look forward to working together with other B Corps in order to build a better community for tomorrow.

The Change We Seek®

Symplicity Designs' vision is to inspire sustainable improvement and innovation in business, government & communities.

It is an audacious goal…one that sounds almost arrogant, but we offer no apologies. Most of us have been trained to look at life and work through a “zero-sum” lens – if I succeed someone else has to lose.

That’s simply not the case.

We can be profitable, create more value for everyone, treat people the right way, and leave the environment better because of our touch.

If we choose, we can create more value, grow the pie, and share the gains.

The creation of value (simply another way to say innovation and improvement) is how we, as a society, have grown. Despite what the “If it bleeds, it leads” 24-7 news would have us believe the world has never been safer, healthier, or better educated. With the exception of our environment and the threat to our food supply, by almost any measure the trends are encouraging.

And we can make it better!

If that wasn’t the case there is no way this family, in its fourth generation of entrepreneurial enterprise, could have evolved from farmers to roofers, to white collar executives, to educated socially and environmentally conscious organizational designers carving out their own value-added niche.

Symplicity has chosen to follow a triple-bottom line approach with a lens on profit, people, and the planet.

The Symplicity Team is passionate about positive organizational change! And even more passionate about helping you achieve positive change, with engaged employees and volunteers, in a thriving environment toward your vision!

What makes us a better company?
