Batik Boutique is an award-winning social enterprise created to disrupt the cycle of poverty in Malaysia. Batik Boutique collaborates with rural and urban artisans across the country to produce outstanding, high-quality goods in gorgeous designs almost like portable works of art, made from the traditional wax resisting-dyeing technique applied to fabric known as “batik."
