Evolution Money is an established secured lender, whose business purpose is to create financial inclusion by providing bespoke lending solutions to UK homeowners. Founded in 2011, Evolution was created in response to the global financial crash, at a time when tighter financial controls were being introduced, including an increase in the use of automated lending decisions. However, the automation was problematic for customers who had a slight blip on their credit file or had more complex financial circumstances, as they were often turned down, without the opportunity to contextualise the reason why. Evolution Money is proud to be the alternative solution for those customers. Through our bespoke and personable approach, our expert team of advisors can ensure that each customer is treated as an individual. Our aim is to provide a high-quality non-judgemental service which allows our customers to feel like their personal and financial circumstances have been properly considered. To achieve this, our team conducts a multiple stage suitability assessment with the customer, to explore their desired loan outcome and check for understanding. This approach enables us to look holistically at the customers’ needs, and where possible, to tailor the loan product accordingly.
