Si bien, objetivamente, nos dedicamos a proveer soluciones tecnológicas integrales a empresas, describir nuestra actividad nos acerca a “crear un traje a medida” para cada cliente desde hace más de 20 años. ¿Cómo buscamos generar esta experiencia satisfactoria y personalizada? En principio, nos organizamos en tres áreas definidas: hardware, software y servicios. Cada una de ellas puede ser requerida de manera individual, pero también ofrecemos una integración total de las tres, lo que nos acerca a la figura de partners estratégicos de nuestros clientes. ¿Qué significa esto? Podemos realizar desde la provisión de accesorios simples, como un mouse, hasta la implementación de soluciones más complejas, como un Datacenter, soluciones wifi o sistemas de backup, entre otras. O podemos ofrecer desde la instalación de software específico hasta la prestación de servicios puntuales que el cliente necesite, como soporte de infraestructura o mesa de ayuda. Todo esto unificado en el Servicio de Integración de Exing.
