Florada, a Sydney-based low waste florist, provides Australian grown and thoughtfully designed flowers to reduce environmental impact. Founded in 2020, Florada sources 100% of its flowers from Australian flower farms. Imported flowers have a large environmental footprint—from excess air miles to bio security risks. Locally grown, seasonal flowers are kinder to people and the planet. Florada’s conscious approach to floristry also incorporates responsible waste management and reduction, plastic-free packaging, and sustainable floral design techniques. As a proud Certified B Corporation, Florada advocates for industry change and is part of the global “slow flower movement” that works towards a more sustainable future of floristry.

Customers evaluates a company’s stewardship of its customers through the quality of its products and services, ethical marketing, data privacy and security, and feedback channels. In addition, this section recognizes products or services that are designed to address a particular social problem for or through its customers, such as health or educational products, arts & media products, serving underserved customers/clients, and services that improve the social impact of other businesses or organizations.
