A Herself é uma empresa brasileira que constrói, a muitas mãos, novas realidades para as pessoas que menstruam. Criada em 2017, além de ressignificar a menstruação por meio de soluções tecnológicas – calcinhas, biquínis e acessórios menstruais –, tem entre seus objetivos a luta por equidade de gênero, dignidade menstrual e valorização das singularidades. Com a Herself Educacional, desenvolveu a Escola da menstruação (2019), que baseada na autonomia e na visão positiva sobre o corpo, já impactou a história de mais de 300 mil meninas, mulheres e pessoas que menstruam, buscando democratizar o conhecimento sobre educação menstrual. Em 2020, iniciou sua expansão para a América Latina e inaugurou, em Porto Alegre, a Casa da Menstruação – primeira loja física, mas também espaço para eventos, trocas e quebra de tabus. Atualmente, é referência nacional com o projeto Revolucione seu Ciclo, em parceria com a Secretaria de Justiça e Sistema Penal e Socioeducativo do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, cujo objetivo é levar trabalho e renda para mulheres em situação de privação de liberdade e garantir o combate à pobreza menstrual, a partir da confecção de abosrventes tecnológicos.
