Communities thrive when they have equitable access to capital. However, centuries of structural racism and societal barriers have excluded Black, Latino, Indigenous, other people of color, rural and low-income communities and women from accessing capital and gaining opportunities for prosperity. As a result, these communities are challenged with a lack of affordable housing, fresh food access, quality jobs and bearing the brunt of climate change.
