The Nerd Republic helps organizations to rediscover their transformation skill and continuous organizational development through training and consulting. Trainer, consultants and enthusiasts help create better organizations, better teams and thus a better business world. The Republic enables people in the organization to better understand the business environment, set inspiring goals, learn to embrace self-organization and ultimately change the organization as part of a holistic transformation. The Nerd Republic helps you to introduce agile methods and to scale them to enterprise level. It helps in creating environments for high-performance teams and enables them to become the driving force of the company through self-organization. The Nerd Republics approach is holistic and focuses on people and the organization and their inside and outside. The Nerd Republic is committed to a sustainable future. At an early stage the Republic decided to commit to the mission statement as a B Corp. It operates mainly in Germany, but expands business in Europe and partly overseas.
