NUMA conçoit et anime des formations en management et leadership ancrées dans le réel. Notre mission est que les managers et les équipes s’approprient les compétences essentielles pour faire la différence dans leur performance, leur engagement au quotidien et donc leur développement professionnel. Nous co-construisons avec nos clients des parcours de formation composés de modules courts, centrés sur les cas pratiques, par petits groupes de 12 : les workshops. Ce qui fait notre différence c’est notre ingénierie situationnelle : On a construit plus de 500 cas de la vraie vie, sur lesquels on va faire réagir les participants pendant les workshops, et à chaque cas correspondent des outils, des bonnes pratiques et des phrases clés qu’ils vont pouvoir utiliser directement dans leur quotidien.
