Redroaster is Recommended by The New York Times as a ‘go-to destination’ in their book, ‘36 Hours: 125 Weekends in Europe’, we are a proudly independent Brighton restaurant & coffee business and share our proceeds with a number of social projects. We began roasting coffee here 23 years ago. All of our restaurants are located in central Brighton and we would love for you to join us for a fresh roasted brew and enjoy some amazing breakfast, lunch, brunch or dinner in our botanical backdrops.
